Get ready for a night at Contentious Character Winery with points made with the sharpest of wits. Watch punchline thrown after punchline. It is funny vs funny. After a sellout success in April, the Contentious Comedy Debate is back with the topic: Singles do it better than couples!

We have assembled some ridiculously entertaining Canberra humorists who are going to slap each other silly with a scintillating turn of phrase. All for your enjoyment in this epic debate which will take place with food, and of course, wine!

Now all you have to do is gather your single friends or come armed in couples (or more!) to champion a team and show who is doing it better! Of course, it is okay to be persuaded by the debate and switch allegiances if the fancy takes you. It’s as easy as switching your profile on Tinder!

Ticket options:

• cheeseboard and show only (barrel seating): $70 per person
• 3-course menu and show: $95 per person
• 3-course menu with paired drinks and show: $120 per person

Tables and barrels are inside and on the covered verandah with heating. Everyone will be able to see and hear the debate. Seats can be brought inside for the show happening in between meal service.
