Canberra Comedy Club is presenting a couple of special shows at Transit Bar this September!
The Wednesday 28 September show features Australian comedy legend Dave O’Neil, with Emo Parsonson in the MC role, and supporting sets from Tom Gibson, Sue Stanic and Ethan Kirk.
Dave O’Neil has been doing comedy for 30 years, you may have seen him on TV shows such as The Project, Hughsey We have a Problem, Fisk and Have you been Paying Attention. But he is most well known as the guest who has appeared the most times on Spicks and Specks, having been on a huge 67 times! He hosts several podcasts including Somehow Related with Glenn Robbins and The Junkees with Kitty Flanagan. His last book ’The Summer of ’82’ was almost a best seller. Dave lived in Canberra for one year in 1971 when his Dad was in the Air Force!
